Mauritius awarded its highest civilian honour to Indian PM Narendra Modi for strengthening bilateral ties. At the National Day celebrations, Modi dedicated the award to Indian-origin Mauritians and reaffirmed India’s commitment to the partnership. He also visited Ganga Talao, offering Mahakumbh Mela holy water, symbolizing deep cultural and spiritual ties between the two nations.
