Talent Sourcing:Leverage diverse sourcing platforms, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria. Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate qualifications and gauge interest. 2. Candidate Evaluation and Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
