This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a field-based environment, and is eager to make an impact by selling and pitching products to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Business Development: Actively visit potential clients and promote/sell the company’s products and services in the assigned region. - Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and pursue new sales leads via cold calling, networking, and market research. - Product Pitching: Present and pitch the product effectively to customers, tailoring the message to their needs and demonstrating the benefits. - Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed set sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, log customer interactions, and provide timely reports to the management. - Market Analysis: Keep track of competitors and market trends, suggesting adjustments to sales strategies when necessary.
