Role Overview: The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for a variety of brand and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our creative team to produce compelling visual content that enhances the brand’s message and engages target audiences across digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: 1. Photography and Image Creation - Capture high-quality photos for various purposes, including social media, websites, advertisements, and events. - Work across different styles and formats, including product photography, lifestyle shoots, and corporate portraits. - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and vision. 2. Photo Editing and Retouching - Edit and enhance photos to meet project specifications, ensuring high-quality images. - Retouch images for color correction, lighting adjustments, and composition improvements. 3. Creative Collaboration - Work with designers, art directors, and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute visual concepts. - Contribute to creative meetings, offering innovative ideas for photography projects. 4. Equipment and Studio Management - Maintain and manage photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. - Set up lighting, props, and backdrops for shoots, either in the studio or on location. 5. Content Organization and Archiving - Organize and catalog photos for easy access and future use. - Ensure that all images are backed up and stored securely. Qualifications: - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography styles. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software. - Solid understanding of photography equipment, lighting, and composition techniques. - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Experience with video production and editing. - Familiarity with studio and on-location shoots.
