Placement Policy

Placement Policy

FRIDU's Placement Coordination Cell, led by a Placement Officer and student representatives, oversees campus placements. It prepares an annual placement brochure and invites companies. Interview dates are set mutually, with lodging, boarding, and conveyance provided for recruiters. Companies shortlist candidates and submit final lists at least seven days before selection, with an extended shortlist recommended. Final results and a waiting list must be submitted within seven days, and offer letters issued within two weeks. Students must wear the FRIDU uniform. Once selected, they cannot reappear unless an exception is granted by the Placement Officer or Dean.
