Placements & Training
Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU), Dehradun has a proactive Training and Placement (T&P) Cell that focuses on enhancing students’ employability through skill development and industry exposure. The university regularly conducts workshops, personality development programs, and industrial visits to prepare students for the job market.
Over 200 reputed companies have participated in campus recruitment drives, including Wipro, TCS, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, GlaxoSmithKline, Nagarro, Just Dial, and Decathlon. In the 2023 placement season, more than 300 offers were made, with the highest package reaching ₹12 LPA and the average package being around ₹4 LPA.
The T&P Cell works closely with students, offering resume-building support, mock interviews, and communication training to ensure career readiness. SGRRU’s strong industry ties and holistic development approach provide students with valuable opportunities for both placement and professional growth.
