Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack and a passion for learning new technologies. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to a year of experience in full-stack JavaScript development. Responsibilities: 1-Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js). Work with the team to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 2-Create responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React. 3-Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js. 4-Use MongoDB to manage and structure application data. 5-Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. 6-Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers on various projects. 7-Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility. 8-Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant bootcamp certifications). Technical Skills: -Basic understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). -Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic UI/UX concepts. -Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON. -Understanding of Git and version control workflows. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a team and adapt to a collaborative environment. -Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
