About the Role: As the ideal candidate, you should have experience in forming relationships, influencing stakeholders and executing flawlessly and your experience with processes and technologies will help elevate candidate experience and execute our TA ops strategy. As part of the team, you will support end-to-end backend hiring activities across our operations business areas, partnering closely with coordination and onboarding. Additionally, you will engage closely with leaders on site, the broader HR community. Location: Gurgaon Experience: Fresher (MBA Graduate) Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in human resources Internship Tenure : 6 months Key Responsibilities: - Update and maintain candidate information within the excel/ OneDrive. - Initiating new joiner email along with ID details to IT, Admin & HR. - Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. - Collect feedback from hiring managers and update the respective recruiter and candidate accordingly. - Assist with reference checks and background verifications for offered candidates. - Maintain accurate documentation related to the hiring process. Minimum Requirement: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems - Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for the HR field and talent acquisition
