Job Overview: We are hiring for a contractual role (⏳6–18 months) in our HR Services Delivery Center, with the flexibility of working from home. This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals with hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP, looking to work in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment. Roles & Responsibilities: ✅ Manage onboarding processes for new employees ✅ Ensure accurate HR data maintenance in SuccessFactors (SF) and SAP ✅ Respond and resolve employee queries while prioritizing a strong experience ✅ Follow standard operating procedures for every HR transaction ✅ Maintain compliance and uphold data privacy in all HR operations ✅ Conduct Maker-Checker reviews and data audits to ensure high data quality ✅ Coordinate with stakeholders for information and approvals when needed Location: Work From Home
