Hawk Ecommerce is rapidly expanding and seeking a driven HR Recruiter to fuel this growth. As part of our People team, you’ll be the key connector between exceptional talent and exciting roles across departments. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and build the team that takes Hawk to the next level. Roles and Responsibilities: You’ll be managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a great candidate experience. You'll also maintain key hiring metrics and collaborate with department heads to refine hiring strategies.
