Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at Altezza Systems. This role will focus on HR operations and building strong relationships with external consultants. You will play a pivotal role in managing HR processes and ensuring a smooth working environment for all involved parties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the main point of contact for external consultants deployed at client sites
✅ Act as a liaison between internal teams and consultants to resolve issues and provide career counseling
✅ Develop and implement rewards & recognition strategies to attract and retain talent
✅ Ensure effective onboarding processes for new hires/consultants
✅ Address HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances from employees
✅ Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and HR management
✅ Partner with recruitment teams to attract top talent
✅ Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching on conflict resolution
✅ Manage consultant retention efforts and conduct monthly HR connect sessions
✅ Oversee the exit process for consultants
